At Vanderburgh Humidors, we are extremely careful and selective in all of the materials we purchase, and the companies we purchase from.
A few years ago, Dave Munsen, (Presidente of Saddleback Leather) and I completed a trade. Dave enjoys fine handrolled cigars, and was in need of a fine humidor. I on the other hand, was in need of some fine leather bags, I traded him a humidor for someof his awesome leather products.
I immediately fell in love with his products, and my wife and I have since become friends with their family.

The number of stitches per linear inch, the thickness of thread for aesthetics, the thickness of leather, the slippage of the lining, the radius of the corners, the dimensions to make it most useful, number of pockets, positioning of pockets to keep balance when full, where to stitch, where not to. A lot of thought went into these designs to make them the way they are. They were extensively used by myself, my wife and a friend or two and then evaluated. They were changed over and over again to be exactly what I wanted for myself. I truly believe that these are the most well thought out wallets you'll ever know.

The Saddleback Overnight Bag $537
This is a simple and cool, no bells and whistles leather duffle bag. It took me about 4 years, 8 cows, 14 tries and thousands of dollars to get it just right, and I'm as pleased as pie. My leather duffel isn't a refined pretty boy bag. The leather scratches fairly easily by design, so it gets that mature and well-traveled look while its body is still young. The stitches aren't always perfect because it's made by hand, but each one is as strong as an ox. Throw this leather duffel in the back of your Land Cruiser or your Mercedes Benz; it'll be at home in both.
